POSITION SUMMARY

The Clinical Supervisor will join JFCS East Bay as our new vision for community health takes shape and we begin to implement our new strategic plan. This position will provide clinical oversight and supervision to clinical staff. We are seeking a candidate who is passionate about overseeing the development and maintenance of services provided to clients of all ages, birth to older adults.

Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Clinical Services, the Clinical Supervisor will focus on the following core areas of program management:

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Providing individual and group clinical supervision to approximately 5-6 clinicians. Provide relevant clinical training and guidance to clinicians. Serve as the subject matter expert.
  • Oversight and review of required clinical documentation and record keeping, including Medi-Cal funded services.
  • Monitoring clinical performance including quality of clinical care, caseload requirements and service utilization, and other clinical duties as assigned by Senior Director of Clinical Services.
